There’s a MicroChill in My Room and I Didn’t Order One

Sometimes delivery mix-ups occur. If you received a MicroChill you didn’t order, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Support: Let us know your name, room number, and school.

  2. Removal Scheduled: We will add you to our Campus Manager’s removal list.

Please do not use the unit, as it is part of a paid rental agreement.
