My Safe Won’t Open—What Do I Do?

If your QuickeySafe won’t open, follow these steps:

  1. Check for Power: Press any button—if lights appear, the battery is working. If no lights, replace or jump-start the battery.

  2. Try the Keypad Again: Enter your code. If incorrect, wait a few minutes before retrying.

  3. Use Your Backup Key: If the keypad isn’t working, use the manual key provided with your safe.

  4. Super Code Reset: If your safe remains locked, try pressing *Clear → Clear again → Enter Super Code.

  5. Wait & Try Again: Sometimes the system needs a reset. Let it sit for a few minutes before attempting again.
