My Fridge is Freezing Everything

If food is freezing inside your MicroChill:

1. Check Temp Settings: Make sure it’s not set too low.

2. Reset the Unit: Unplug, allow to defrost, and plug back in.

3. Still Freezing? Complete a Customer Service Form and we’ll add you to the repair list or schedule you for a replacement if needed.
