I Ordered Late—Can I Still Get My Unit Delivered on Time?

If you placed a late order, we’ll do our best to get your unit delivered before or by move-in.

1. Escalation: We can try to escalate your request.

2. If Not in Room: Once on campus, please check your room. If it hasn’t been delivered, contact us via the chatbot to get on the delivery update list.

3. No Guarantees: Late orders are handled in the order received, and delivery may occur after move-in.
