How Do I Return My Product Early?

If you need to return your rental early, follow these steps:

1. Check Your Account – Review your rental agreement to confirm eligibility.

2. Contact Support – Initiate a return request online or through our chat system.

3. Return Fees Apply – If returning early, an early termination fee (ETF) may apply.

4. Schedule a Return – Arrange a return with our Campus Manager at your school.

5. Confirm Refund Eligibility – If within the refund window, partial refunds may be processed.

All returns must be completed before the rental end date to avoid additional fees.
