How Do I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be canceled before delivery for a full refund. Follow these steps to cancel:

  1. Log into Your Account – Navigate to your order history and select "Cancel Order."

  2. Check Your Order Status – If your order hasn’t shipped, a full refund will be processed.

  3. After Delivery? – If the order has already been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the product following our return policy.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
