My MicroChill Isn’t Working - Microwave Issues

⚠️ Important Note 

• When the microwave is running, the fridge will shut off temporarily for power conservation. 

1) Plate Won’t Spin 

• 🔍 Check the spindle 

• 🔄 Ensure plate and spindle are aligned 

• 📞 If unresolved: Call College Products at 712-226-3250 

2) Door Won’t Open 

• 🔒 Check if child safety lock is on (door won’t open before timer ends) 

How to Open Door After Use: 
➡️ Press STOP/RESET or the ‘0’ Key 

To Disable the Lock: 

• Press and hold the ‘0’ Key for 2 seconds (Display will show “Loc”) 

• Press #7 and then #9 (Display will then show “ULoc”) 

• Repeat above steps to relock if wanted
